Where does the data come from, and is it legal?

Publicly available listings on Funda, Pararius, huurwoningen.nl and 3,000+ agency and regional sites. We respect rate limits and never bypass paywalls.

How do you handle GDPR?

A strict field whitelist. We never collect or serve personal data about tenants, buyers or sellers, only data about the property and the listing.

How fresh is it?

Fast sources are recrawled at least every 5 minutes and delistings are flagged within 4 hours. Every record carries first_seen and scraped_at, so you can check.

Is there history?

Every change is logged from day one. The REST change feed gives you a cursor-based diff; full history and analytics come with Business.

What's live today, and what's coming?

Live now: the crawl across 3,000+ sources, deduplication into one record per property, the REST API and webhooks. Coming next: the MCP server, then registry enrichment (BAG, WOZ and energy labels). We'd rather tell you now than have you find out after you integrate.

Which markets?

The Netherlands today, rentals and sales. Germany is next, then France and the UK. Custom markets on request.
